        Came in for lunch and the wait to get my one sandwich was over 30 minutes. Was not a pleasant experience for a fast restaurant.

        I just don't get why you would go to this place when you could go to Whichwich or Firehouse or even Jimmy John's or Subway. Schlotzky's isn't good. UPDATE: Gave Schlotzsky's another try. It was worse. Drive-thru took about 10 minutes per vehicle. Sandwiches weren't good. Broccoli cheddar soup had the consistency of water. Don't go to Schlotzsky's. Please. Go anywhere else. Save yourself.
