Someone claiming to be with this company entered my apartment without consent. My property manager is aware I do not allow people inside my residence without myself being present. This was completely ignored by this employee and someone entered my apartment without permission. I told them to leave many times over my security cameras voice option and they did not so I had no choice but to involve the police. I was told because of a work order (that only involved the outside of the building) they were allowed inside, by the local police. I have contacted my property manager and we will not be doing business with these people again due to in appropriate entry. Service: Roof damage repair

I contacted Rooforia to clean my gutters. Due to bad weather and other circumstances, they were not able to do the job for a couple weeks. In order to complete the job before the weather turned bad, they hired a subcontractor to do the work. The subcontractor showed up when my wife was home, but I was not. He spent less than a half hour for a two story plus building and did a very poor job. I called to complain about the job. Brian from Rooforia called back and apologized. He personally came to the house, apologized again, brought a small gift, and stated Rooforia would "make the job right". I didn't expect anything more, but the next morning, they came and did an excellent job completing the gutter cleaning. I was very impressed by the customer concern shown, going beyond what was needed, the professionalism, and the quality of the completed job. I would definitely hire Rooforia for any roofing or exterior needs I might have in the future. Service: Gutter cleaning
