Lina and her crew did an amazing job repairing the hail damage and subsequent leak on our ceiling on and in our home. Lina met with three different insurance adjusters to make sure that the work on our home was repaired properly. She and her crew repaired the roof, replaced gutters and down spouts, re-stained our deck, fence, and pergola; and, they even repaired and repainted our ceiling so that you cant even tell that it was ever damaged. They did all of that work with the upmost professionalism that also showed their expertise and all with excellent customer service! We will definitely use Linas team at Artisan Roofing for all of our exterior and some of our interior home repairs.

When Dave came over to talk about what needed replaced on my roof and sliding, he was easy to talk to and he knew what needed to be replaced. He helped me get things going with my insurance company. He updated me every step of the way! When his crew came out, they were very respectful and did a great job! The crew and Dave went beyond! Iam so thankful for Dave, crew and Artisan! I love my new roof color and sliding.

I met Lina Romero The Queen of The South in spring of 2018. She was like heaven sent. Living in an area where we get a lot of storms we always have to deal with so many contractors that take advantage of customers especially the elderly or homes like ours where there is a language barrier. Lina has been a blessing in our community helping us understand the process of insurance and understanding the paperwork. She goes above and beyond has even gone to our church to give a presentation in helping us understand all we need to know and what to expect right after a storm. I will always call her and will always refer her to everyone.

Absolutely the best experience. Lina did amazing at making sure we were satisfied with our overall experience. She was available every step of the process the entire time which is important for us because we have never been in the process of handling a roof claim before. Getting a new roof is a BIG deal, especially when insurance leaves you high and dry. But Artisan took good care of us and provided a very reasonably priced, quality job. We appreciated the attention to detail that Dave and his crews took when doing our roof and gutters. They truly wanted to leave our house better than before, not just the roof, but everything around it and responsibly took precautions and reparations if something was accidentally damaged in such a large project. That's the way of a time-tested artisan!
