I have been working at Fountain View since June and everyone from staff and residents have been very welcoming and supportive. Everyone is so fun and entertaining. I love coming to work ever day

Helping my extended family as they needed to determine the best for a family member, I found the staff of Fountain View -- in particular, Jade, the Executive Director -- to be extremely helpful. Accepting the need, and then determining the level of care, the family was able to make the necessary decision and are now very satisfied.

The entertainment and staff involvement at Fountain View greatly contribute to the social engagement of the residents.

My family and I are extremely disappointed in Fountain View Senior Living. When we were looking to move my Dad in, both the marketing director and executive director told us verbally and in writing that they had Medicaid waiver available for residents after three years of private pay. After 6 months of my Dad living there, we found out that was not in fact true. Because of this, we had to move my Dad to another facility and the transition was hard on him because he has Alzheimer's. I tried asking the executive director at Fountain View to make this right and was directed to speak to a representative at Omega Senior Living. I have now called that individual at Omega three separate times and have not heard back at all. I strongly believe this company needs to make things right for my Dad and that he wasted a lot of money moving in there thinking that eventually Medicaid could take over. I am genuinely worried about the other residents who may be under the same false impression. This not only is a form of elder abuse but is also a fraudulent way to run a company. EDIT as of 8/1/23: The response that was posted by Fountain View in response to this review 2 weeks ago is misleading. Nobody has reached out to me still from Fountain View or Omega Senior Living. I feel like my calls are being dodged by Omega Senior Living to avoid taking responsibility for the situation they put my Dad into. EDIT as of 8/8/23: Still no response from Fountain View or Omega Senior Living to my calls or emails.
