ve rented with Milestone Development for two years at the downtown complex and I can honestly say that theyve taken care of my every need in a timely manner. The maintenance staff, Jeff, is incredible and is always helpful and makes a point to be available even if needed at an odd hour. Rebecca, the property manager, is always a delight to converse with and is very good at her job!

I recently moved here and have been liking it so far. It's quiet and the other tenants are nice people that keep the common areas clean. My only complaints so far are that the community recycling has not been picked up in well over a month and that water tends to drip in to the garage and stairwells when it rains. I also like that packages and mail are locked up and the location is great. You get the perks of being near blackstone without the noise of living near the bars. Other than that, it's your pretty typical apartment in the blackstone area... nice but not perfect.

DO NOT RENT FROM MILESTONE! This company should not be in business for the way they treat the tenants and try to operate the apartment buildings. There is no management and they have no clue what they are doing. I lived at the Dewey Street apartments and it was the worst experience of my life.
