Do not rent from him. He will not answer any of your communications, never fix anything, and then raise the rent. Avoid at all costs!!!

Communication was minimal at best, took 4-5 months to get a faulty light fixture replaced so we had no light in the kitchen for months. Things that were supposed to get cleaned up or in his word "a fresh coat of paint" before moving in didn't happen. Tried contacting him about the security deposit via text and phone calls but heard nothing back and it's been a month. That said David is reasonable in other area's, when you can get a response things were done quick. When the pandemic was going and work was difficult to come by he was accommodating with making payments.
