When we began the process to purchase a new house in Omaha we called Joel. We looked at so many houses that just weren't what we wanted. Joel was so patient and never seemed annoyed when we looked at just the outside and said no. When the home we ultimately purchased was listed Joel was on vacation and was suffering a medical emergency that landed him in the hospital for a few days. He continued helping us with the purchase contract even from his hospital bed. This type of service is why I will always recommend Joel to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.

When we decided to sell our Omaha house we contacted Joel. He came to our house prior to listing and walked us through every step of the process. He gave us tips on the best way to prep the house for sale, helped find painters and handymen and even brought his own power washer to help spruce up our deck. Joel was very thorough when explaining offers and was always available when we had questions, no matter the time of day or night, and with his help on staging our home we were able to get offers far above what we were expecting. Next time I need a realtor I will definitely call Joel and I highly recommend using Joel if you are selling your home.

Joel is a great realtor to work with! We listed our house with Joel in Omaha and we were really impressed by the amount of effort he put into it. He not only helped us ready the house for listing, but he helped us prepare for the emotional aspect which was really helpful. We referred Joel to my aunt in Omaha who needed to downsize after my uncle passed. She appreciated his work so much, she still asks after him. We also referred Joel to another family member and a friend who were really happy with the process to sell their home and buy a new home. It's good to know there is a great real estate agent willing to work hard for you!
