You now have to use an app to do laundry. Not everyone has the capability to do that. So that's wrong because not everyone can use the laundry facilities now. They are excluding people who pay rent. My neighbor complained and was told to just move. The laundry facilities should be made available to everyone and just those who can use an app.

I've been working with Dwayne now for a couple months. He's been very helpful and patient. Now that I have the house ready to sell I feel very confident I have chosen the right realtor and Company.

I currently rent at one of their locations and have been an on time rent paying tenant for over 18 months. Then a month ago, their observant site manager had the brilliant idea to tow my car, located near my front door where it has been parked the entire time I've been here. According to him, he didn't recognize it nor did he think it had moved "for some time" ( I drive it to work every day unless I have the day off). After informing the mgr and NP Dodge supervisors of their blunder, do you think I would get an offer to retrieve it or to even say they were "sorry"? Not a chance. All through this apt complex there are at least a half dozen cars NOW with out of date registrations and some vehicles which haven't moved in weeks, but do you think they would be targeted to tow? This all came down because I went for the supervisor of the apt site mgr earlier in the year when I wanted to resign my lease so they would stop charging me $50/extra for month to month rent surcharges. When after about 10 days I could never locate the mgr in the apt offices, or get a returned phone call, I went to his supervisor at Dodge and this was the response I got from there, "Yes, I've heard from several tenants that he is difficult to find/reach and unapproachable..." Yet, Dodge continues to employ him and then months later illegally tows my car and causes damage to it. Find another more ethical and worthy place to rent from or do business with. If Omaha/NE had more business oversight, they would be shut down and I'm sure prosecuted for fraud.

Well this company has become SLUM LORDS and do not care about people or their homes they pay for, im sure they make millions and DO NOT CARE ABOUT the people that rent from them! I can bet that!
