I couldn't recommend Shelli and her team more. The home buying and selling process is always stressful and they have helped us on both sides of it. They know the market and the neighborhoods and the people, and take the time to help you understand what's going on throughout the whole process. Even on Mother's Day when our sale went sideways, Shelli was on the phone and texting throughout the day to help fix it. She talked me through a lot, like a friend would, and got us through it all!! I own a small business that Shelli Klemke hired to complete several days of repairs on a new home her builder could not complete. At the time of our discussion I relayed to her that I was leery of accepting the job due to the status of her builder and that I would only do the work if she guaranteed we would get paid. She said she would personally guarantee our payment and I confirmed she was hiring us not the builder. We completed $2000 worth of work, labor and materials to fix the items so that she could sell the home. Once she sold it and made her $1000's she refused to pay, stating it was the builder's responsibility. She refuses to pay us, and it has hurt our business yet she made her commission, she got paid. She is dishonest. She lied to us just so she could get the job done and make her money. It puts a black mark on her and Berkshire Hathaway Ambassador Realty.

This is the second house I have sold and bought with Shelli and her amazing team. And if I have to move again tomorrow, they are the team I would pick again. Shelli is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry and how the market works here in the Omaha metro. She is a wonderful listener and extremely patient. With it being a sellers market, we werent certain we would be able to find our dream home, however Shelli listened to our dream home checklist and helped us find it. We never felt rushed into any decisions and that was extremely important to us. Shelli and her team always took their time in answering our questions thoroughly. Extremely professional. Extremely personable. They made a stressful situation as stress-free as possible.
