Erik Hoffman - Realtor with Nebraska Realty

I dont even know where to begin with this man! He helped me buy my first home on 2019. He knew I had no idea what I was doing and still made me feel 100% comfortable with every single question I had. He never judged us for our tight budget and even gave us lists of similar homes when they came available. He came out in the late nights, trudging through snow, leaving his family time, just to show us a house. No complaints or attitude. He never once told me no. He then helped me sale the house in 2020. He was completely upfront about everything, listened to all of concerns (with the house and personal) and did not falter once. He was honesty every step of the way, and those guide me to sale my home for the best outcome possible. I have not worked with him since then. He continues to send of cards, gift cards, check up on me, etc. Eric invites me to all of his parties, 4th of July, customer appreciation, tailgate at his home, and his thanksgiving gathering. Where he gives everyone a FREE PIE. A huge free pie at that. Im not sure how reality works outside of this, but he has been such an amazing person. I recommend him to everyone that asks.

Erik was very helpful when we sold our house. He understood the market well and gave us advice on updates that I believe really brought more value to our sale. During our sale, the market was hot, and he helped us strategize the listing to bring the most offers. I would definitely recommend Erik to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

I had called out to 3-4 realtors before working with Erik, but when I connected with him, he blew me away! There were no other calls made. He was amazing! He helped me with resources to make it all easy, education to ensure I understood everything, ease with all the processing & ESPECIALLY the search! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He really met all my needs & more! In the middle of the crazy market with changing rates, super fast sells, during pandemic, he made the experience a wholly positive one. Call this realtor! You wont regret it!

Erik does a great job listening to his sellers and buyers needs and acting on that information. Hes very prompt to reply to inquiries and to schedule showings. We have hired Erik for our past three homes and look forward to working with him again!
