Came here to Omaha for 1 day and saw they had salmon tacos, which is why I came here but unfortunately that was the only item on their menu they were out of stock on. Nooooo!! Anyway...I ordered Takoyaki instead and my husband ordered the Ramen. Takoyaki was decent; wasn't very saucy, octopus was a little chewy but the balls were perfectly crispy and tasted savory. Didn't really enjoy the slaw on the bottom. Could use a little more sauce! Ramen was good! Just not his palate. That's on him, not them. It's pretty cool you can DIY your ramen. The eggs were delightful. Lastly the dessert was so good. I got the Panna Cotta. It was so creamy and the icecream + Graham bits make it so decadent!! Overall it was a pretty decent experience, nice ambience and staff.

Lately I've been doing Doordash pick up. The last few times I ate in, I wasn't so comfortable with the crowd that was in each time. I would go on days like Monday or Thursday which should be dead or decently filled in the dining room. The owner and co-owner I know from Grand Island, NE so I must support this local business as much as the one in Grand Island, NE. My family and friends would go out of the way to support them by eating or takeout. With that detail out of the way let's get to the food. That's what this review is about. The food is fantastic, I never had anything wrong with my food dine-in or pick up. I'm not a picky eater with dietary problems to ruin what should be as close as traditional. Asian food is unforgivable alone. I would always order the Tonkotsu Black with an extra egg, Wonton Chicken, Pork Chashu Bowl. Always delicious and on point. Sometimes I challenge myself to do something new and I'll switch it up once in a while. But these are the go-to menu items. The usual server or even owner would always remember you if you come a lot and order the usual meals you like and love. It will never be disappointing as they do their utmost as possible to do so. Sometimes I eat here twice a week just to support. Most weeks are once. As always support local or good-bye local. Even if some have experience terribly due to sudden closing early or your assumption that it would suit your dietary needs(??) Like... It's not guaranteed to be gluten free. Foolishly its Asian food, it uses a lot of fish sauce as a main source. Japan is what type of country? Surrounded by what now? I understand it can be done but it takes extra time to make your broth from scratch and on the separate kitchen. If you, as a customer, have no patience, go down the street and eat something quicker or cook at home. Do not spit your unwanted reviews because these folks have to deal with and the owner carries out what they can. Workers on the other hand just follow. Thank you for reading folks. I am not sorry for any misunderstanding these folks have to deal with day-to day base serving the lack of studies and culture of food. Parking: More parking in the back and easier escape route if you can drive around potholes. Eventually, the property building will fix it... I hope. Dietary restrictions: Like I said, Asian food is unforgivable. Not guaranteed to be shellfish or gluten free. You have no patience and come during busy hours? Also a no no then. Order ahead before rush hour. There is a google chart that says when busy at most.
