Called them a month ago to get a quote on 9 sheets for shelving 55 x 20. The sales man was polite and offered to get me weight limits on different thicknesses. Two weeks later and no word so I called back. I was told I had spoken to the GM and he had my info on his desk and would call me back. That was two weeks ago and no call.addendum: just got through to Mike the GM he swore I only called two weeks ago (still a long time) and when I said no it's been a month he hung up on me

Great people, Great place, Great Products! They were super informative with using the products I purchased. I definitely left there with more understanding of how I could use plexiglass.
