Godfather's Pizza

I ordered from Godfather's an hour before the delivery time, but I never heard back. When I called to inquire about my order, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and I had to ask for her to check on my order all she said was I dont know, we are working on a large order right now. Then she preceded to tell me it would be another hour and a half. It was disappointing to experience such poor customer service. I hope they can improve their communication and customer interaction in the future.

I apologize to the person who delivered the pizza order to me. I didn't get the salad I ordered. I told him I wanted to make a call because I didn't get my full order. I didn't realize he was a driver for door dash and not Godfathers. He left before I could give him his tip. I'm sorry. Pizza was very dry and such a disappointment. Breadsticks were in the oven which made them too dark so they were dry too. I was hoping for something good. NOT! Question? Why am I charged a delivery charge when Godfathers is not the deliverer?

Pizza was very good. Staff was super friendly. Located in one of the nicest entertainment districts in Omaha.

Met the Godfather there, and he signed a card for the kids. He was warm and welcoming to the kids. Cashier messing up my order wrecked the rest of the experience.
