An hour wait for Italian beef and fries. I believe it was intentional. After asking for a refund, which I was ignored. Then my food was brought out. The other black person called their order in and got her food at the same time as me. Of course I wanted a refund. That was my second and last time to wait an hour for a sandwich. Time is money and you waisted my time.

Today I went to this place at lunch time there was empty chairs nobody was there still I was there that was my first time. I asked her which food is good she said Chicken sandwich so I ordered that but that was not cooked well no veggies in the sandwich it was really bad. They asked me how is the food i said not good . she went back and brought a ticket i paid out. she said nothing i never go back again.

Previously I had rated them a 5, love the food, after today easily changed to a 1. I logged in and ordered online so I could run there during my 30 minute lunch, showed up about 20 minutes after the estimated time so about 12:20, just to be told there was an online issue that didn't get fixed until 12, he then looked in the system and said he can place it in, I don't have that long of a lunch so I had to tell him to cancel it. When I walked in and he heard I had a to go order he had already known the system came back up at noon. There was not any customers inside from what I had seen therefore whats the excuse for not seeing my order before I came in yet when I arrived. Lost money and time because I then had the dilemma to figure something else out and rush back to work.
