Timber Creek Pizza Pub and Grill

Service was excellent. We had an issue where the kitchen messed up our order but e-mailed the restaurant to make them aware of the problem. They provided me a gift card as compensation. I get that mistakes happen and am always willing to give a business a second chance when they own up to it and try to make things right.

I LOVE this place. They make absolutely wonderful food and have a lot of options for those who eat gluten free. Since Ive discovered Timbercreek Ive ordered a lot from them and its always hot and ready when I want it. I rarely give reviews but this place deserves five stars and more!

I can't give zero stars??? Hope it was just a bad night. The staff and especially the manager on Tuesday, 19 March 24 couldn't even get our order right on the SECOND try. After returning to get what we actually ordered and stating we wanted it to be fresh (not the order they finally located after my husband brought home an incorrect order with his name on it) I asked if my husband had to inspect the order before taking it. The manager said she would check it herself to make sure it was correct. It wasn't. IF she checked, she is as incompetent as her staff. Order take out at your own risk with this one. Dissatisfying meal and never enjoy eating an hour past intended meal time. Can't wait to see if they actually re-imbused our card. UPDATE:I am updating my review from 3/19/24. The GM called me first thing the next morning. She made a point to get every detail of what happened so she could address mistakes made by her staff. She sincerely apologized, refunded our money AND gave us a gift card. We dined in this evening and it was the service and quality we were accustomed to. So while our experience on March 19th was infuriating, it definitely seems to be an isolated incident. What I now realize is the GM, Candy, truly cares about her customers and their experience. Her attention to this matter was above and beyond. The food, ambiance and customer service was great tonight!
