Ordered carry out curbside pickup. Waited over an hour after the time quoted and still didnt get my order. Politely asked to cancel my order and received attitude from the store manager like she expected me to wait longer. Will never go back.

When my husband and I moved here last year we fell in love with Toppers. Sadly tonights order for take out was horrible. I called for the pizza just before 6 and my husband was there to pick it up 15 minutes later. Him and several other patrons were waiting for their orders. Not only were they understaffed(not the employees fault) but the service was lackluster to say the least. They told my husband to take the pizza for free after waiting an hour. This is the pizza we got: -undercooked -hair in pizza -wings not what we ordered Sadly I think we will have to find another pizza place. We love their menu and the pizzas were yummy in the past, but it seems that isnt the case anymore. Hopefully this was just a fluke and the service and food improves.

My order was 45 minutes late and was missing some of my food. The front lady was rude and agitated with everyone in the building that was waiting for their wrongly made late food.

Anthony the night manage has the worst customer service ever. Paid 73 dollars for a delivery and never got it. Had to go pick up myself and still came with now dipping suace after waiting atleast another hour. Called and he/she had the nerve to tell me to come get it and was not going to take anything off for the delivery fee or the tip. Definatley not store manager material. Place sucks!
