    Had a great experience getting a stairlift installed in my house. Robert was helpful getting everything set up and answering my questions, and Cory did a great job with installation and explaining how to use it to my mother, letting her ride it a few times, and adjusting the seat for her.

    Zero actually but app wont let it be fewer than 1 Staff at the 50th & Dodge location today were extremely rude, unprofessional & had bad attitudes toward my disabled husband when asking for assistance to be measured for compression socks. He has been getting them there for several years but never before experienced this type of combative behavior or excuses for tone due to having the sniffles, when confronted about the poor behaviors. Not just 1, but 3 employees, & none would give us their names. No one wore name tags nor greeted customers as they entered the store. Definitely not a place to recommend & judging by other customers recent comments, it seems that this is an ongoing trend at this business. Also, the guy in the back who appeared to be dispensing pills, had no gloves onnot sure if that is protocol but seemed a bit disgusting to think that someone had their bare fingers all over pills that were likely going to be ingested by an unsuspecting person. Do yourself a favor & avoid Kohlls Pharmacy at 50th & Dodge if at all possible!

    Very very rude pharmacy! Every time I need to order something for my nebulizer I never get a call when its ready or why after days of them getting the script its not filled! (I honestly wished Nebraska medicine pharmacy had medical equipment but they dont so I have to come here to get it unfortunately) Tonight I called to get an update on my order since Monday morning my doctor office sent them my script and they said they needed my dr to send more information on why an what i needed it for (replacement nebulizer tubing and mask) its Friday evening today and now I have to wait until Monday to let my clinic know. The lady at the pharmacy said when I asked why did no one call me yesterday to tell me they had an issue with script (that would have been Thursday so 3 days after getting my script in they were trying to fill it an had an issue) so I could have had my doctor fix it today? Her response was well I have 120 patients needing things and if I had time to call everyone I would but I dont ! Like wow so u need less customers coming to ur pharmacy because u cant handle the load then ? ! Okay I will find a different pharmacy because the customer service here sucks! This is the 3rd time I had to come here and each time its a different issue but all experiences the employees have been very rude each time! Feels like that hate their jobs tbh and customers are more of a burden to them! Avoid this location on 50th Dodge!

I did follow up on the compression wear for your husband and found the MD on wrote the order for 2 pairs. We contacted the MD office today to change the order to 3 pairs like he usually gets. Your husband will now get a total of 3 pairs instead of 2. Sincerely, David
