Good choice of toys and food for pets. My dog really likes the Authority brand dog food. Dog food prices have gone up across the board, but even with that, the price is about what you'd pay for any of the dry dog foods. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I had my French bulldog stay here overnight for a last minute trip to Kansas City. My dogs leg was injured during the stay. Not only did the staff not call me, or alert me of the injury, they did not mention it upon check out. There was no stay progress reported upon check out. I called, and the assistant manager stated they would review video. I called back and he stated he only reviewed check in and check out video. I have requested they review video of the actual kennel area ( I should not have to tell you to do this). There does not seem to be any urgency to discover what happened to my pet. The actual store manager is out and wont be back until 4 days, and there are no alternative solutions given except for waiting on further direction. My only end goal is to find out what happened to my pet to help get her best care. She was jumping, running up steps, running around the yard before this overnight stay, and now she cant jump, she cant even walk up the steps. If you care about your pets, DO NOT leave them in the care of this place. I thought petsmart was a trustable brand, but unfortunately not.
