        I am so grateful you have Emma F employed there! My dog nana loves her and I can tell Emma loves nana! I dont know what I would do without Emma! I feel completely at ease leaving nana with her. She is a gem and you are lucky to have her as an employee! She deserves accolades

        Went to make a grooming appointment here and left the dog in the vehicle. The man I talked to said they couldnt groom our dog because she doesnt do well around other dogs. This part is understandable, but the part that is unacceptable is the notes that he put in. He wrote notes that my dog was hostile and jumping up. Again, the dog never made it in the store. So now I cant book a grooming online or with the app but I have to call each time. All because this guy lied on my dogs chart. Very disappointed!
