        The medical staff at this clinic is amazing. I was messaging back and forth with Lindsey J. about my sick child. She was a true sweetheart. She truly made me feel like they cared. She got me in due to my son's symptoms the same day October 10th. She even checked on him when we went in. Dr. Erin Loucks is also truly amazing. Always so very nice and treated us well and was truly concerned with how my son was feeling. At check in the receptionist that got us signed was polite and courteous. The other receptionist that was there totally ignored me and acted as if I wasn't even there. I had to go back in to our room due to leaving to early and I asked the other receptionist if she can allow me back in due to the Dr wanting us to stay a little longer. She didn't even make eye contact with me and didn't respond to me at all. She was so rude and cold. Until I she saw that I wasn't leaving due to the other receptionist not being in the front she just "go ahead". Maybe she was having a bad day I don't know but she was rude.
