This business really needs help. CELEBRITY HOMES hires them to paint the walls of their homes and let me tell you what a horrible decision they made by hiring this company. It looks like they painted our house with dust and dirt on the walls because the walls were so rough. after complaining they said they would come fix it but they kept rescheduling or appts. the rap that came to the house was so rude and would tell us he wont fix anything until celebrity called him and made him do it. In my opinion they should never hire this company anymore. they don't call you back, they schedule an appt and don't show up. It is honestly a complete joke at this point. I didn't think a company could be so unprofessional until we met Nelson Painting!!! The worst part is that they represent CELBRITY HOMES and make CELEBRITY look real bad and create a BAD reputation!!!!! Would not recommend to anyone and Would not recommend CELEBRITY homes as long as they continue using this painting company. Service: Interior painting

These are the folks that paint celebrity homes. Our paint started chipping on the gutters (the paint lasted less than 2 years) to which they blamed my Christmas lights on-weird that it is peeling on the back of the house too (where I dont even hang lights). Jim was nice but never returned my call or followed up, I always had to call him. Dennis was nice, but not very knowledgeable (in my opinion). To blame this on Christmas lights is laughable. Their paint expert knows less than I do and I am not a painter. I would never use or trust this company. Their resolution is to bring 3 gallons of paint so I can do the work and touch up their mistake. Terrible company and I would highly recommend using a different painting company in Omaha!
