Bos Painting, Incorporated

Many years ago we used BOS for exterior painting and were pleased wih the work. NOT so much last year, when I hired them for exterior painting. They broke the glass on a light fixture when taking it down but didn't confess to me, and broke the outdoor thermometer, again without mention and left it laying in the yard. The glass in porch light was replaced, the thermometer was replaced with the very cheapest model they could find-----a few months later the mercury seperated so one had no clue what the outdoor temp really was, and as of today---3/18/21, I discovered the mercury further "fractured". In regard to painting and prep-the promised "caulking and sealing" was haphazardly done, zero attention to detail. Yes, the house looks good from the street but areas which should and could have been addressed at that time were simply ignored. I was promised by the owner he would put his best team on the job, however I learned one of the guys doing prep was on his firs day with the company. Supervision seemed minimal.
