      image I have worked harder to get the shoes and insteps I ordered than they have to get them to me. I made an appointment to pick them up. They told me they were there but they didnt want to check them in. I have been waiting over three months for them. No one chooses to call me. Customer service at its worst.

      Thank you for the feedback, Scott. I’m sorry to hear that you had to wait longer than you expected for your shoes. While we can not control vendor stock and shipping speeds, we do attempt to get patients in as soon as possible when their items do arrive. Unfortunately we have on file a no show appointment for your original fitting appointment after the shoes had arrived. We made several phone calls and left messages trying to get you rescheduled. This is all documented in your medical record. We did call you, and responded to your facebook messages.
