Millard Family Eyecare - Lakeside

I just had my eye exam with Dr. Culbertson Beautiful office bright clean! The receptionist was so welcoming, minimal paperwork. The tech who does some of the test was so helpful explaining each test what it was. She was very patient. I never felt rushed or any irritation on her part! So pleasant! Dr. Culbertson was also very pleasant cheerful upbeat, welcoming, explained every step answered my question's very patient. I will definitely recommend this office and doctor!

They are very well organized. They have great customer service from the front desk to the eye doctor. Her assistant explained what she doing before which helped. The Optometrist herself also explained about the tests that were completed. I like this location and will continue to go their for my eye needs.

I am VERY happy with the care that Dr. Karen Culbertson provides at this clinic. My experience was top notch. And I was pleased that they accept my vision insurance, which saved me a lot of money. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they were able to take state-of-art scans of both retinas. This is more accurate than the old method of dilating eyes. I was informed that insurance does not cover it, so it is an optional & nominal out-of-pocket expense. But I believe my vision is worth the extra expense- definitely money well spent! Rest assure, they will do the old method at no extra cost, if you prefer. As always, Dr. Culbertson was professional, thorough and up-beat- and so pleasant. Her staff are equally pleasant, polite and professional. If you are looking for an optometrist, look no further! .

Loved my optometrist! So friendly and explained everything. Wasn't in a hurry and listened to my problems. I liked the extra eye scan. Made me feel good about my eye health.

I thought I had a contact stuck up in my eye and tried all day to find it until my eye was sore and red. I was miserable. I called the Drs office and even though they were booked solid all day Dr Culbertson worked me in and was as pleasant as she always is. I was so happy that she could work me in. From the first day I went to see her several years ago I knew she would be my optometrist from then on.
