I went in for an eye appointment and explained to the doctor I would be ordering contacts at a later date, they then didnt bother to fit me for them. So now months later I go to order contacts and cant because of the incompetence of the staff here. I am now left without my vision and they wont fix the problem in any way.

When it comes to vision, these ladies absolutely know their stuff! THE WORKS... indeed! When I became overwhelmed by options, Erin didn't miss a beat and took the time to explain them thorougly. She was VERY familiar with the specifics of my insurance plan and provided excellent recommendations... as close to perfect as they could be for my situation. I really appreciate her knowledge, patience and professionalism! Cathy has out-of-this-world people skills and her customer service: just wow! So now I understand firsthand what's behind this location's great rating. Thank you for being amazing Erin and Cathy!

Aimee is the best hands down . Yesterday was my first time meeting her and she has such good patience with answering all my questions.
You can tell she loves her job & such a positive personality.

We deal with 2 different women, Marcia being the most recent, to purchase my glasses and they were both amazing and I did not feel pressured to make rushed decisions which in turn I ended up buying a second pair of glasses (sunglasses) and extra contacts for my husband.
