This store and their staff are amazing! One of the lens in my glasses fell on to the floor because the tiny little screw that hold them together fell out.
Liz and Zoe took care of the problem with a smile on their faces and then wished me a good day at no charge. If you ever need eyeware at all, this place is the place to go.

Staff are nice and the doctor I saw was awesome but forgot her name. I came in needing to get rechecked on the prescription for contacts as I wasnt seeing very clearly, they had me come in and got it updated no biggie. I was given trials of new prescription and told at the appointment yes just bring back the unopened boxes and we can switch them for the new ones if this prescription is better for you, just give us a call to let us know and well order them. I try it out and they indeed were, called same day about it and they told me over the phone that I needed to come back for a follow up to get it finalized. I said thats not what I was told unless I misunderstood or was told incorrectly, I was correct and they called me back saying they were going to place the order. That order SHOULD have been placed on 3/11. It is now 3/20, I called asking for an update on them and the manager had to get on the phone and first thing she says weve been doing a little phone tag trying to help you out with this, says that it was not placed but had a note about it. Unprofessional and not appropriate to not inform me sooner that this was accidentally not ordered, OR call me to make sure that this was what I wanted so that I got the prescription that I needed. Sticking with my further location as they dont mess up like this and they have newer staff quarterly.
