Rude and inconsistent pricing. I wanted to like this place because it is near where I live, however they will not ever get my business.

I love my nails. My only complaint is I had to ask to have cuticles cut and that was a $10 charge. Out of all the years Ive been getting my nails done never had to pay to have my cuticles cut. It was always part of the service.

Today was my first time here. Maria was great. She did exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be back.

The lady who did my nails was very polite and held great conversation. She was judgment free and very open to what I asked for. I wanted pearl, almond-shaped nails and she did amazing. I wish I remember her name! Other than the amazing service I received, the atmosphere was tidy and spacious compared to other salons Ive been to. Its nice to know I have somewhere I can rely on for a good nail.

Manager and nail tech were very rude to my neighbor (a teenager). She wanted these too-thick nails filed down, and they refused, charging the full price (over $50). Luckily her grandma got her to a nicer nail place to fix it, but on behalf of my neighbor I would not recommend this establishment (based upon poor quality work and very poor customer service)
