Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are newly remodeled. Very clean and comfortable.

Everyone there is super friendly the rooms were not bad at all either Nearby activities: Not sure as I was busy doing training but you're close to theaters and being able to go shopping Walkability: There are some places close by that you can walk to like Sapp brothers which is a convenient gas station with a place where you can order food from Food & drinks: Some great Mexican restaurants near by with a bunch of other food places near by so you can have options

EDIT I got a remodled room on my stay about a month after the original post, and the difference is like night and day! I would definitely stay here again in a remodled room. ORIGINAL This hotel is disgusting. I got a single non-smoking, no pets room. The exterior of the building looks like it's falling apart. The door to room was damaged, causing the door's safety locks to not work. The room smelled heavily of smoke. There were several burn marks in the carpet. The bed felt like a rock, and the blankets smelled like wet dog. The guy at the front desk was very apologetic about the room. This was my first visit to Omaha. I had arrived at 1 am and by 1:40 am, I was at a Loves trying to sleep in the back of my car.
