All the ladies we worked with were kind, supportive, encouraging and fun to work with during our refinancing process. This was our first experience with refinancing and they took time to explain things and answer all of our questions. They always responded via email or phone call or text in a timely manner. We enjoyed working with Eagle Mortgage and grateful to our friend who referred us to them.
