Love working with Chris on our refinance. First time working with her and Gateway Mortgage. She made us feel comfortable and took a lot of the stress off the whole process. She was very personal and knowledgeable in addressing our needs to give us the best options available. Chris and her staff are attentive to details and very efficient. They put us first. Chris is an outstanding loan officer. This was the 28th property that I purchased in my lifetime, most with a loan. I do not like the process because it is intrusive and difficult to navigate. Chris made the process smooth and she helped me all the way through. I have never experienced an easier loan effort than this one. Chris understands the frustrations and needs of the customer and ensures she is there to help...she is customer focused. Chris maintained contact, explained and was clear in what she needed, and she stayed on top of every step in the process...very effective and efficient.
