My wife and I have purchased a lot of homes because of my job and have been blessed to find good realtors to support our buying and selling efforts. On our latest purchase we secured the support of Omahas Michael Freed and found him to be an excellent, over the top realtor who helped us evaluate or options, eliminate some that looked promising on the surface but had issues we were glad we didnt buy, and eventually find the right home at the right price and succeed with timing and a contract that sealed the deal. We have seldom, if ever, had anyone serving in this capacity, more resourceful or attentive to details. He has our hardiest recommendation for anyone who wants a well supported home buying experience.

As a real estate investor it can be difficult to find an agent who understands the REI arena and the different strategies employed. Michael not only understood what I was wanting to do but was also using these same methods for his own investing. This helped tremendously throughout the whole process as he anticipated my next move and had the solutions already in place. In every step of the process Michael exceeded my expectations to the point where he get more like my business partner than my realtor. Being an out of state investor, this added level of service was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Michael Freed to anyone in the REI game or anyone looking to start investing.
