Amy Nuckoles is the BEST realtor. I recently came back from being stationed overseas and my husband and I were looking at buying a house instead of renting. We didn't know anything or where to get started, but a friend recommended Amy to us, and we are so glad he did. From the start, Amy answered all our questions and explained everything we needed to know, and she responded quickly, even to messages at random times. She immediately got all the details of what we wanted in a house, and got to work finding one. Just about every day she'd send us suggestions. We initially wanted to see the houses in person before buying, but that turned out to not be a practical option for us. But it was no problem for Amy, she went to see the houses for us with us on video chat. Even if the weather was bad, or her schedule was busy, she would make the time for us and she would get there. And she covered everything. What the houses looked like, sounded like, smelled like, any issues she spotted, any weird quirks or features. She was extremely thorough and detailed with her descriptions. She obviously knows her stuff because she was able to tell us things we never would have been able to figure out on our own, even if we had been there. Amy went around every room of each house and checked them to include closets, deck, porch, garage, basement, the exterior of the house, yard, and even walked the fenceline if there was a fence. She also gave us dates and conditions on the appliances, furnace, HVAC, water heater, etc. Everything that was part of the property, she checked it all for us. Houses were being bought like crazy when we were looking, and after a while, we were becoming discouraged and worried we wouldn't find one. But Amy did not give up, even when houses were being put up and taken down within hours. She kept on it and found us a house, and we love it. It has everything we wanted and needed in a place. She even got us a lender and inspector, and they're amazing as well! They are good people who do their jobs well and do them right. Amy has the connections and I highly recommend them too. She makes no extra money from them. Amy recommends them because they're quality, and Amy takes care of her clients. We couldn't be more thankful for Amy Nuckoles! She is honest, trustworthy, hard-working, and diligent, and we'll recommend her at every opportunity. She actually cares, and as long as you don't give up, she won't either.
