I absolutely loved my entire experience with having Jim on my side during the buying and selling process. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and is very kind. Hes licensed in Nebraska & Iowa, which I sought out when looking for a realtor, because I was open to properties on both sides of the state line. I really cannot recommend him enough. House buying and selling can be stressful & emotional, but having Jim as your realtor makes it so much easier & enjoyable.
