        Honestly this place is ghetto and the managers are rude. They scream at you in the drive thru and get mad for no reason. As a customer service employee, I would never take my anger out on a customer. She claimed that was the way she naturally talks, but that sends the wrong message and clearly shows shes not meant for customer service.

        The customer service is bad and the Manager Glanda was very rude and unprofessional. She claimed thats the way she talks but she clearly shouldnt be in customer service. Im definitely not returning to this Sonic again.

        I love Sonic food. Even order burgers for my dog. Apparently they are unable to provide ketchup-not once but every order. Why?
