Always incredibly slow make sure you have at least 20 to 30 min to stand in line even if there is only 1 person in front of you also cleanliness has recently improved but still come in to the tables being horribly dirty I asked them to clean it once and they had to go into the back room to get a rag.....

They are so stingy on their meat and rice. I asked for double chicken and he gave me to half scoops. Then when some other guy rang it in he charged me a steak bowl and extra steak which is more expensive and didnt say anything till after I paid. Try a different chipotle if youre looking for good serving sizes.

Go anywhere else. The people working here can't get an order correct even when you're in line in front of them.. seriously anything else is better then this EXTREMELY POORLY RUN location. I have gone there a total of 6 times where my order is so wrong it's laughable, I kept telling myself it's one bad egg but no it's the entire store. It's really not hard to take an order / follow direction but they make it seem like an Olympic sport that they're nowhere near prepared for..GO ANYWHERE ELSE

This seems to be an ongoing issue Ive brought this to manaybefore but this time was a little worse. Management was working on the line and the only reason I know this is because I ask to speak with him last week. What type of business does not greet there customers? Not only is it customer service but customer interaction also not a one employee could be identified by name because theres no name tag, maybe thats because if you dont know there name you cant comment. Chipotle as a company should be ashamed of how you treat and greet your customers not to mention how skimpy you are on the portion that your paying for chicken, barbacoa or steak maybe your hoping you get filled up on the rice and your profit that much more. Instead of pretending to be glad you have customers the whole team looks out out. Do not recommend at least this location. Step up and act like you actually appreciate your customers.
