Food tastes less flavourful, even the brownies taste & smell like plastic. Portions are smaller.

Ordered, got the entire order wrong, including the sizes. Went back, manager wasnt buying it that my order was messed up. He kept asking are you sure you checked everything?. After he realized it was messed up, he gave us a new order. And guess what, the new order was also messed up. Didnt even get a sorry, discount, extra guacamole, or anything.

I go to this Chipotle often because its close to my work and they literally mess up my order every single time! The last time I went the guy said he was going to make sure they look out for my name next time and theyd be sure to get my order right well guess what got my normal order that I get every time, a chicken al pastor quesadilla with white rice, sour cream, and honey vinaigrette. Went through the drive thru to get my order and didnt think that after they handed me it that I would have to check cause the guy I talked to last time was there and I heard them saying my name before they even asked me for my name. So she hands me my order and Im thinking that Im good to go, they seemed like they were making sure that my order was correct. Got all the way back to work to find that I didnt get my white rice AND I got regular chicken in my quesadilla not the al pastor chicken like I ordered. Also the quesadilla was burnt. I got chips and queso as well and my queso was cold. I dont know how many more chances I can give this chipotle cause they literally mess up my order every time. But I did get a free entree so thats cool I guess.
