Doctor I saw there was highly opinionated and only cared about his thoughts/beliefs. For that reason I was unable to get medicine that I need.

The care is decent. But the billing here is an absolute mess. Theyll bill us multiple times for the same service, I get relentless calls from some debt collection company over a $32 charge weve already paid, etc. After my next appointment I will not be using CHIs services anymore and will instead seek a different provider.

I had a great experience here! I was in and out, even though I wasnt the first person in line. I got the medication prescribed to me that I was hoping to get . everybody was super friendly.

Jessica Williamsen is the worst PA I've ever seen. She pretends to care but really doesn't. Her approach is recording on a device and using it for her follow up notes to input in patients Mychart messages. The information that get put on patients medical records are not always accurate medical information but more so for their own perception of the patient and not accurate medical diagnoses . Jessica also is big on getting anything accessed on a patient that is not relevant for money. Jessica will not also give patients checkout summary printout's of their visits. Jessica does not follow up over the phone she will not call back instead she uses the nurses to contact patients to rely her messages. If you're choosing a doctor please be mindful of the PA's that work under certain primary doctors for care, all are not in this field to actually care about patient care but more for the check. You've been warned!!!
