        Lisa offers a great massage technique for deep tissue massage. Many massage therapists apply hard pressure quickly after starting to work a muscle. I tend to guard when that is done and the massage is less effective. Lisa applies more pressure as she reads the muscle and body are relaxing and ready which has resulted in the best deep tissue massages I have ever received. If you have sore muscles, limited flexibility or tend to guard during a massage I highly recommend you book an appointment with Lisa to see how her technique differs. It may just be right for you.

        Lisa Marie is Great! I went in with severe neck pain due to degenerative dics and she was very knowledgeable and experienced. I left feeling so much better. I'm not saying I'm 100% because I need surgery to fix that but she did help substantially with my pain. Thank you Lisa Marie!! I'll see you in a few weeks!
