I ordered from Amazon and the company did not deliver twice. I called and waited on hold for a 1/2 an hour and they hung up on me.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They only answer the phone when they feel like it and they didnt show up for the scheduled delivery. I ended up staying home several FULL days in a row waiting for them to deliver my package that they kept saying was coming today. Highly recommend avoiding this delivery service at all costs.

Terrible company. So disappointed Amazon is using them as a delivery carrier. Set up delivery online when emailed to schedule. Of course delivery window is 10-4 and someone has to be present to sign for the delivery. So take the day off of work....no one shows. Look online and my delivery date has been changed. Again take a second day off of work...no one shows again. Call the number listed. They tell me that it is sent to a different shipper due to my location. They give me a number to call. Customer service there has no information. Gives me a local Ceva number to call. Call that number. Turns out "delivery has never been scheduled and someone will call me to schedule it". Well it has now been almost a month since I ordered and no one has called me. Thankfully Amazon refunded me but I feel this company is just a scam to obtain items and keep them once retailers have to refund customers. Stay away and chose another delivery carrier if you want to receive the item you ordered.

Ordered 2 kayaks, set up delivery date and time. they delivered one kayak 2 days late, to my neighbor's driveway, never a call a knock or anything and noone signed for it. Spent 1 hour waiting for customer service at the main office to answer and gave up, spent 30 minutes waiting the next day, then they just redirected me to the omaha office, the number would ring 4 times then theyd hang it up, tried calling 7 times before I contacted amazon and got a refund for the missing kayak. I could have easily gone for a refund of both since noone signed for the kayak in my neighbor's driveway, they just dropped it and ran. packaging was all torn up, pretty sure im missing the paddle. This is by far the worst logistics company in america, im lucky I got half my order at all. This company deserves to go bankrupt, and I am absolutely not buying anything that requires freight from amazon so long as they are a listed carrier.
