I had an appointment today at 11AM, I even received the confirmation text for the appointment a few days ago. When I showed up, no one was there. I tried calling and texting the business number but no one ever answered or got back to me. I waited 20 minutes and left. I still have not heard back from them. Enlighten does not care about their clients or their time, I have never felt so disrespected by a business that I have been giving my money to. This isnt the first issue Ive had with Enlighten not answering their phones. It is next to impossible to get a hold of anyone at this business. They do not keep phones on site, which is just unprofessional and bizarre. They do not answer these phones during business hours and half the time the voicemail box is full so you cant leave a message. The first two times I went to Enlighten I had a great experience. The lady who did my tattoo removal was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt go for most of the summer of 2021 and when I resumed my sessions there seemed to be a new staff. The woman who now does the tattoo removal (I dont know her name because in the 9 sessions Ive had with her she has never once introduced herself) never knows why I am there, or how many sessions Ive previously had. Its like shes never met me before, which is pretty rude and unprofessional. Save your sanity and go somewhere else for tattoo removal. Service: Laser tattoo removal
