Helzberg Diamonds

WARNING !!! Promotions it's just a trap I do not recommend it. I had a bad experience with them and never again will I purchase anything from Helzberg. They just trick purchasing the rings that there were options for the promotion and explained how it worked, I would not have been in the situation I am now, paying basically double the total price of the rings. They were obviously more concerned on making a sale than making sure their customers got the best deal and all the information they needed for this promotion. I looked for help in customer service and none could help me fix this problem because the 12 months of the promotion was over. This has never happened to me with any company, until now. Never again. So beware of Helzberg and their so called promotions. Its just a trap.

11/2023 I happened to be in the area again and came to get my ring cleaned. Great service and helpful staff. Happy with the new team they have there! What I do like about Helzberg diamonds is the great selection of jewelry. But what I don't appreciate is the attitude of the staff there. On two different occasions I was treated poorly. I am a very patient person but the treatment I got here was awful. I would rather go to the outlet location in Gretna than go to this closer one that treats their long time customers terribly.

I was in looking for an anniversary gift for my wife. I was greeted by Hunter and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with how he was able to answer all my questions. I also got to meet the manager Joanne and she was helping me find a new wedding set for my wife or possibly upgrading the one she has. I would highly recommend Helzberg Diamonds, they arent pushy like the others and they know their stuff ! They will give you options and its very nice to know they will take their time to get you what you want.

My rings been in my husbands family for years and was scratched and dull since I got married. For less than $70 and in less than 3 days they completely refurbished my ring and now its practically scratch free and shiny! 10/10
