Arctic Buffalo

I had no idea the storefront was closed. Nowhere on their website or Facebook page does it say anything about online shopping only. I paid for an Uber to get there, only to have to stand out in the freezing cold for 20 minutes while waiting for another uber to pick me up. Please consider updating this information. I used to love this store. Very sad.

The quality is on point but the customer service is trash. I accidentally purchased the wrong size plugs and tried to return them. I was told I could return them within 30 days but would have to pay for return shipping and they would take 30% of my return. I purchase multiple pairs a month but I will never buy from them again.

Horrible customer service. Repeat customer , my package is lost and instead of quickly sending out a replacement, they want me to go through these steps that take weeks.. All over $25. So you'd rather lose a customer then reship? Good going !

Didn't go in-person but bought online, the glass plugs are the most comfortable thing I've ever put in my ears and the shipping was amazingly fast. I wanted to find a place to leave a review just so I could thank Arctic Buffalo for helping me finally crest 3/4 when it was near impossible before and now I'm almost ready to size up again! The sizes go by millimeters so stretching is so smooth! I legitimately am very grateful!
