        Whoever your store manager at the Westroads location is, they are extremely rude and has no idea what customer service means. Not only were all three workers in the back room unaware of what was happening in the store, but when I told my daughter that she did not have to give her email address the replied was a snotty retort of: Well actually you do. When I refused to give it she stated her manager said it was mandatory. I declined again and she said I didnt have to purchase anything. If you want people to shop with you and come back, you should make sure they are mature enough to handle the job.
