We have been a client with Rob Randels for many years now and what I appreciate about him and his team is their level of service that they provide for their clients. They do amazing work making sure that our best interests are covered and that we are kept apprised of any and all situations that come up along life's road. After our Northwest Mutual advisor passed away, our accounts were assigned to Mr. Randels. At first, our former advisor's staff was employed by Mr. Randels so we still had someone to communicate with who had an interest in our situation. Mr. Randels has made NO effort to interact with us and he has not demonstrated an effort to act interested. He just presents the facts with a take it or leave it attitude and doesn't care if we are his customers or not. He even gave me the name of who to contact so our policies can be assigned to a different agent. We should have known when our former advisor's staff left Mr. Randels' office that we should have started looking for a new agent then as well. Northwest Mutual is a reputable company; find an agent who cares to have your business.
