Pat, the owner and sole employee, has a horrific reputation among the local community. I have never met someone with a more unpleasant personality. She frequents our supply company and has made several employees cry by yelling at them for things they have no control over. On her "good" days, Pat discusses personal details of clients at length and loudly with no prompting. I would never recommend her services and have had to ban her from my establishment.
