Royally screwed us over and couldnt care less to assist. We had our house assessed for hail damage in June 2023 and it was determined that there was significant damage to the roof and one side of our house. The roof is complete but we are having issues with the siding. The current siding we have on the house is discontinued. Iowas line of site law requires all visible sides to be the same. We have a suggested match but the contracting company has ordered it 2 times and its the incorrect siding. In the interim our policy was dropped by Stillwater because of delays. We and the contracting company have notified the insurer of the issues and were unwilling to extend the policy. Talked to Michael Fishkin and an associate who were in customer service and honestly need a lesson in customer service. HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest not working with these folks if youre in the Midwest.

They changed my policy and installment fee amounts without enough notice for me to decide if I accept them. 30% of my monthly payment is an installment fee. They would rather you cancel than give you back 4 dollars so imagine what they will do when you have a claim. Beware!!!!

I recently acquired insurance through this company in partnership with GEICO. However, I strongly advise against choosing them. They claimed a $20 late fee for a payment they insisted couldn't be processed. After thorough investigation, it became evident that their claim was false. I had successfully used the same card and exact details on my last payment, confirming the inaccuracy of their statement. Moreover, both my bank and I thoroughly verified that no other issues, such as address problems or misspellings, existed. Additionally, there were no attempts on record besides the initial deposit. Despite resolving account issues, maintaining a consistent address, and ensuring funding on my card, their unprofessional and disrespectful treatment persisted. The peak of this negative experience was the interaction with Kurt, the manager, who adopted a surly demeanor from the start, treating me as if I were dishonest. His unwillingness to explore potential oversights and the need for respectful communication was disappointing. When requesting the name of his manager, Cindy the VP, he played games before providing the information. Subsequently, during another call to follow up on positive developments, Keith, one of their representatives, mistreated me and refused to conference with GEICO to address ongoing issues, ultimately hanging up on me. In contrast, my interactions with GEICO and Liberty Mutual were marked by professionalism and respect. This company's disrespectful treatment, false accusations, and overall hassle make it clear that they lack the professionalism one would expect. In America, with plenty of better options available, I strongly recommend steering clear of this company.
