        Terrible service, I had to pay my dad's insurance but I gave them 160 and they told me they didn't have change. This is supposed to be an insurance company, not a flea market. I don't recommend them. There are places where they give you better service.

        I came in stressed and in doubt and a young man named Josue helped me. It was the first time I felt cared for in an insurance agency he made sure I had no doubts and I left the establishment feeling confident and secure thanks to Josue.

      We are very sorry that our service was not to your liking. In fact our office does not accept cash, as you said, we are not a market. Because we appreciate our customers and understand that many still transact with cash, as a courtesy, we accept cash from them. Any additional payment is applied to your next payment, if you did not want to leave extra, you could go and bring the exact amount or pay by card. Our employees have already notified me that he left saying offensive words and we cannot tolerate that in this establishment. The appropriate authorities have been notified and you are not welcome in our office. Your dad is still welcome but you can't come back. If you have any questions you can contact yours truly, Ana Martinez at 402-812-4088. **If you would like to come pick up your $17.20 change, we have it here for you in change. Thank you
