By far, the best insurance company I've ever used! And I'm a new customer! I have been HIGHLY impressed with the professional and QUALITY customer service/care I've received from Sam. Any time I've had questions about getting coverage set up, she has been responsive and quick to help. No more chatbots and LiveFlo and circling the UNprogressive , UNhelpful website. No more billing errors and unanswered emails. And no more paying DOUBLE the cost for the exact same coverage! Literally, double! Honestly, what sold me (beyond the great rate) was the hand-written thanks-for-letting-me-run-a-quote-for-you card I received from Sam! I wasn't even a client yet, and already had more personal contact with an agent than I'd had in the several years I'd been with the other company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local agent who actually cares about their clients!
