I have had sleep issues for over 30 years. Many times only getting 2 or 3 hours a night for several weeks in a row. I have tried everything from exercise and mediation, to white noise and podcasts, to both OTC and prescription sleep aids. I did not achieve any lasting results. I met with Sherrine and she spent time listening to my situation. For the first time I truly felt heard. My first session was in early May. I have averaged between 7-8 hours of sleep ever since. There have a few nights where situations in my life made sleep an issue but I have been able to return to the new and wonderful sleep pattern. Sherrine truly changed my life. I can't recommend her enough!!!

Sherrine at Wellness Path Coaching is an amazing hypnotherapist. She makes you feel calm and safe during each session. My visits included discussions about weight loss and confidence in doing so. Sherrine taught me that your brain is powerful at unlocking and retraining itself to think differently. The guided hypnotherapy and recorded sessions allow me to continue to work on my own and reach my personal goals.
