Visiting Nurse Association (VNA)

Their billing department is lousy. I sent the payment to the only address they gave on the bill and it was returned to me. The bill had no phone number. When I googled it the web site gave wrong information. I feel badly for older people trying to get a hold of them.

If you ever have to take a test for a course here beware that you take off earrings, necklace, hair tye, please do not were Crocs u will not be able to move your feet around, take your picture and then you stand up and they check your body with a metal detector, mind you they have 20 cameras up in the testing center then while taking your test you they creep around real slow to see if your cheating felt real uncomfortable and I felt like someone was behind me. y'all do all that dam body check and still make people feel uncomfortable while taking a test it was older ladies there but maybe they should have a men presence

I cant say enough good things about VNA for the care they provided to my father during at home hospice. All the nurses we worked with were empathetic, caring, helpful, responsive, compassionate, and provided the insight necessary to best care for my father. Honestly, we would have struggled significantly without their guidance and hands-on assistance. We thought so highly of them that we suggested memorials be made to the VNA.

We use the VNA to care for my mom. I can’t express how wonderful the PT‘s and OT‘s were that worked with her. Thank you so much for all of your assistance.
